How to Request a Custom Product:

1. Choose Your Specifications: Decide on the size, color, material, and any additional features you would like for your custom product. You can also request:

• A personalized engraving with your chosen text on the product.
• Custom promotional products featuring your business logo.

2. Send Us an Email: Email your customization request to Hagorarts@gmail.com with the following details:

• Product name or type
• Specific customization details (e.g., dimensions, color, additional features, engraving text, or logo requirements)
• Any inspiration images or sketches (optional)
• For clarity and to avoid any misunderstandings, it is highly recommended to include a photo or screenshot of a similar product or design.

3. Wait for Confirmation: Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days to confirm details, discuss options, and provide an estimated completion time.

Important Notes:

• Customization requests are subject to feasibility based on our materials and craftsmanship standards.
• Once the customization details are finalized and agreed upon, production will begin. Production timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the request.
• Custom products are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are uniquely made to your specifications.
