- All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
- A copy of the return or exchange shipping receipt must be sent to us via email within the same 7-day period.
- The cost of return or exchange shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return or exchange shipments.
