  • The original tag must still be attached to the product.
  • Any product with visible damage, such as scratches, scuffs, or other signs of wear and tear, will not be eligible for return.

    • Custom-made products, including those with engraved logos or tailored designs, are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
    3. Return and Exchange Window
    • All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
    • A copy of the return or exchange shipping receipt must be sent to us via email within the same 7-day period.
      4. Shipping Costs
      • The cost of return or exchange shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
